1. Digital Product Returns

• Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or activated, all sales are final.
• By completing your purchase, you agree that no refund will be issued for products that have been accessed or delivered.

2. Returning Physical Goods

• Return items within 14 days of approval
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Refunds

• Processed within 7–14 business days after inspection
• Original shipping refunded only if we made an error (defective or wrong item)
• Buyer pays return shipping unless otherwise agreed

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Unsealed or activated software or digital goods
