1. Digital Goods (License Keys, Downloads)
All digital products, including software license keys and downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or activated. However, we may offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Product Not Delivered: If you do not receive your license key or download link due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Non-Activation: If the license key has not been used or activated and you change your mind, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Defective Product: If the product does not function as intended and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 12 hours, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Note: We cannot issue refunds for keys that have already been activated or misused.
2. Physical Items (if applicable)
For any physical items purchased through our store, you may request a return under the following terms:
- Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Refund: We will issue a refund for the item price and standard shipping. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Activated or used software keys
- Custom or personalized products
- Unsealed software or digital products once delivered
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return or confirming refund eligibility for digital goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
